definetly we have grown bigger

Definitely, Brazilians are getting fat. I watch the everyday people and they seem flaccid and I am also getting like this. Once I used to swim, but even at that time I had some fat preventing me to have great abs.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

More than McDonalds and other stuff, I would say the common man has grown bigger because of pastry. Street food is made of white flour, butter and cheese mostly, but ham and also sausage are basic ingredients out there. You can have two of them and a glass of sugary juice for 5 reais. I mean, you fill yourself with stuff that probably are going to steal some years from your heart.

Localized fat has alterated seriously the landscape of carioca's bodies.

What to do? It's not that we have to have prove of what we are going through. No, we already have them and it's on youtube for everyone to see. Police is more than abusing: it's now proved some cops are disguised as protestants to start chaos and justify the violent response from the Shock Troop. Even Rede Globo can't hide anymore the amount of absurds happening in this country. 

We just have to be more organized, so we can see easily those who are interested in jeopardize what we need to seriously build: people's consciousness as society and the importance of politics in daily life. We want this, but we know this new reality would put an end in all schemes we have running now, such as the miserable minimum wage, the power of the banks, the absence of a national industry and the high taxes we pay to have nothing in return. 

We have proof. And then, what else? Who is gonna do something about it? Who's gonna tell our authorities they can not do or allow this to happen?

This video shows how things work around here. World Cup is disturbing a lot more than we thought and people are literally being kicked out of their own houses, so the land can be well used by the companies and the government, associated to make money on international investments and huge transactions. No wonder they are selling apartments for 20 millions in Ipanema, 30 millions in Leblon and so on.

They are not sparing anyone and this will continue until we really think of something effective to work on. For sure, we have to be together, as a nation, as colective project of happiness. If we work apart  each other this will be a mess.

Here, my dear, the victim of our great great governor Sérgio Cabral and his way to conduct the state of Rio de Janeiro. And let's not forget our amazing and unique Eduardo Paes, the mayor. Ironically, Renata Peace lost her eye in a peaceful protest, where people tried to demonstrate their dissatisfaction and did not deserve to be treated this way. Control of the furious ones can be done in a much more responsible way than the form that is being done here. Teargas pumping for all sides to create a smokescreen and stun the largest number of people possible is certainly the most stupid and cruel idea a force called inteligent can think. What do they study at their profession? How are they prepared to deal with this? How is the state observing this kind of things? What is the deal between the amateurs holding guns and the politicians holding pens?

We need a moral revolution in this country. We need to get rid of the trash.
